The invention discloses a positioning and mounting method for a super-long cable guide pipe steel anchor box of a cable-stayed bridge, which comprises the following steps that cable guide pipe groups are prefabricated, and each cable guide pipe group consists of two cable guide pipes; two pieces of vertical angle steel are arranged in the vertical direction at the cable bent tower position where the cable guide pipe set is to be installed; after the lower pipe sections of the two cable guide pipes are hoisted to the designed installation positions and the positions are preliminarily aligned, the lower pipe sections of the two cable guide pipes are fixed to the angle steel; the lower pipe sections of the two cable guide pipes are connected and fixed through a connecting pipe; the pre-buried section of the lower pipe section of the cable guide pipe and the corresponding section of cable bent tower are poured together, and the pouring elevation meets the requirement that the bottom elevation of the first section of steel anchor box is located at the installation height; and the first section of steel anchor box is hoisted to the tower top, and the upper pipe section of the cable guide pipe and the lower pipe section of the cable guide pipe are connected into a whole through a top flange plate. Separated installation of the cable-stayed bridge cable tower steel anchor box and the cable guide pipe can be achieved, investment is low, and progress and quality safety are guaranteed.
