The invention discloses an accurate positioning and mounting method for a cable-stayed bridge main tower steel anchor beam cable guide pipe. A steel anchor beam is assembled on a steel corbel welded with the cable guide pipe and is in bolted connection to form an assembly combination; the intersection point of the oval long axis of the lower port of the cable conduit and the upper portion of the slope of the lower port of the cable conduit serves as a positioning reference point of the lower port of the cable conduit, and the intersection point of the plane of the upper port of the cable conduit and the central axis of the cable conduit serves as a steel anchor beam anchoring point; hoisting the assembly on a stiff skeleton of the main tower; measuring the coordinates of the anchoring points of the steel anchor beam through a total station, and determining and correcting the mounting positions of the anchoring points of the steel anchor beam; the coordinates of the anchoring points of the steel anchor beams and the coordinates of the positioning reference points are measured through the total station, the elevation deviation value and the transverse bridge direction deviation value are calculated, the bolts are loosened, and the steel corbels are moved according to the elevation deviation value and the transverse bridge direction deviation value to correct the installation positions of the positioning reference points at the lower end opening of the cable guide pipe.
