Frost heaving hazard prevention method for concrete pipe pile
The invention discloses a concrete pipe pile frost heaving hazard prevention method which comprises the following steps: step 1, cleaning an inner cavity wall of a concrete pipe pile, and removing oil stains on the inner cavity wall of the concrete pipe pile; 2, uniformly stirring the waterproof sealing coating in the container, adding clean water, rubber powder and a catalyst, and uniformly stirring; thirdly, the inner cavity wall of the concrete pipe pile is thinly coated with a layer of coating which is evenly stirred in the container, and the inner cavity wall of the concrete pipe pile is coated with the coating after the remaining coating in the container stays and becomes sticky; the concrete pipe pile has the beneficial effects that the hydrophobic elastic material is additionally arranged on the inner cavity wall of the concrete pipe pile, and when water in the concrete pipe is frozen and extruded to be expanded, the elastic material is compressed to release space; and when ice in the concrete pipe melts, the elastic material recovers to the original shape to leave a deformation space for next extrusion and expansion, so that the concrete pipe pile is effectively prevented from being damaged by extrusion and expansion force exceeding the bearing capacity of the concrete pipe pile.
