Comprising the steps that a beam-column joint area in the assembled integral type reinforced concrete frame structure serves as a whole to be split, and a connecting area is arranged to be a structure non-key joint position; according to the splitting scheme, three kinds of beam column joint units are provided and comprise the corner column joint unit, the side column joint unit and the middle column joint unit, and the three kinds of beam column joint units are prefabricated in a factory; the assembled integral type reinforced concrete frame structure is split into the beam units and the beam column joint units, every two adjacent beam column joint units on each layer are connected through the beam units and the main ribs extending out of the beams, and then a cast-in-place connecting wall is formed through pouring and arranged at the inflection point positions of the beams, so that the field workload is reduced, and the construction efficiency is improved.
本发明公开了一种装配式混凝土框架结构及其施工方法。包括将装配整体式钢筋混凝土框架结构中的梁柱节点区域作为整体进行拆分,将连接区域设置为结构非关键节点位置;本发明拆分方案提出了三种梁柱节点单元,分别为:角柱节点单元、边柱节点单元以及中柱节点单元,三种梁柱节点单元均采用工厂预制;将装配整体式钢筋混凝土框架结构拆分为梁单元以及梁柱节点单元,每层相邻两个梁柱节点单元之间通过梁单元通过梁伸出主筋连接,然后通过浇筑为现浇连接墙体,设置在梁的反弯点位置,从而减少现场工作量,提高施工效率。
