The invention provides an assembly type concrete frame structure farm house construction method which comprises the following steps that S1, prefabricated reinforced concrete beams are installed on a house foundation bottom plate, columnar frame steel bars are reserved at the connecting points of every two sections of prefabricated reinforced concrete beams, and building blocks are installed on the columnar frame steel bars; s2, performing cast-in-place on the reserved columnar frame reinforcing steel bars; s3, prefabricated reinforced concrete beams are installed at notches in the upper portions of the building blocks, and the prefabricated reinforced concrete beams are sequentially installed upwards; s4, construction is conducted to the elevation of the house, and ring beam steel bars are bound in notches above the building blocks on the uppermost layer; and S5, finally, a concrete composite floor slab or a formwork-free steel bar truss plate is installed, top plate steel bars and ring beam connecting steel bars are bound, and top plate and ring beam concrete is integrally cast on site. The prefabricated reinforced concrete beams and the self-heat-preservation building blocks with the notches are adopted, large wall faces are changed into small building blocks, a large frame beam and frame column structure is changed into a small dense beam and dense column structure, manual assembly can be conducted during construction, and the convenience of rural house construction is improved.
本发明提供一种装配式混凝土框格结构农房建造方法,包括以下步骤:S1:在房屋基础底板上安装预制钢筋混凝土梁,并在每两段预制钢筋混凝土梁连接点处预留柱状框架钢筋,以此安装砌块;S2:现场浇筑预留柱状框架钢筋;S3:在砌块上方的槽口处安装预制钢筋混凝土梁,依次向上安装;S4:施工至房屋标高,在最上层砌块上方的槽口内绑扎圈梁钢筋;S5:最后安装混凝土叠合楼板或者免支模钢筋桁架板,绑扎顶板钢筋和圈梁连接钢筋,一体现场浇顶板与圈梁混凝土。本申请采用预制钢筋混凝土梁和具有槽口的自保温砌块,将大块的墙面改成小型的砌块,将大型框架梁和框架柱结构改成小型密梁、密柱结构,在建造时可以人工拼装,提高农村建房的便捷性。
