The method comprises the following steps: (1) construction preparation: selecting construction materials; cleaning a base layer; (2) surveying and setting out: re-checking a datum point, a datum line and an original elevation point; (3) chemical anchor bolt installation: keel processing, manufacturing and trepanning; drilling and mounting anchor bolts: cleaning dust, and injecting embedded steel bar glue into holes; performing lightning protection connection; keel anti-corrosion and anti-rust treatment; (4) curtain wall aluminum alloy stand column installation, wherein a galvanized steel pipe support is connected with an aluminum stand column; (5) hoisting the oversized glass: processing and manufacturing the oversized glass, and transporting the oversized glass by adopting a special transportation turnover frame; an electric glass sucker is adopted during installation; (6) gluing, wherein silicone building sealant is adopted as glue for glue injection; and (7) cleaning and acceptance check. The glass curtain wall is good in overall stability and accurate, simple and convenient to install, the electric suction cup and the truck crane are adopted for mechanical hoisting, the construction cost is greatly saved, and meanwhile the installation efficiency is improved.
