The method comprises the following steps: firstly, paying off, connecting each pair of horizontal control points by using a stay wire by taking a determined control point as a reference, forming a net surface in the air by using the connected stay wire, marking each cross point by using a pen so as to ensure that the cross point of the stay wire is unchanged in the construction process, and then positioning, mounting and detecting an inhaul cable and a suspension rod; and then the inhaul cables are installed according to the principle that the inhaul cables are installed from top to bottom and from top to bottom and from top to bottom, the vertical inhaul cables are installed, the inhaul cables are in a free state from the top structure according to the length of the inhaul cables designed in a drawing plus 1-3 mm, and adjustment is conducted after installation of all the vertical inhaul cables is completed.
