The invention relates to concrete construction, in particular to a construction method for preventing concrete from flowing and falling during pouring of an ultrahigh column. Comprising the following steps that A, an anti-falling device is manufactured, the anti-falling device comprises a protection plate and an adhesive tape, the protection plate is in an isosceles trapezoid shape, and the adhesive tape is bonded to one waist plate of the protection plate; b, a formwork is erected on the poured ultrahigh column body; c, the ultrahigh column body below the formwork is cleaned; d, an anti-falling device is installed, a protective layer of an adhesive tape is uncovered to expose an adhesive layer, the anti-falling device is bonded to the cylindrical surface of the ultrahigh cylinder, and the anti-falling device is arranged on the periphery of the ultrahigh cylinder in a surrounding mode; and E, a supporting device used for supporting the anti-falling-flow device is arranged on the ultrahigh column body. The protection plate is easy to manufacture, low in manufacturing cost and easy and convenient to mount and dismount, the protection plate can be recycled for multiple times, and the phenomenon that concrete flows and falls from a gap between the bottom of the formwork and the cylindrical surface of the ultrahigh cylinder during pouring is avoided.
本发明涉及混凝土施工,特别是一种浇筑超高柱体防止混凝土流坠的施工方法。包括如下步骤:步骤A、制作防流坠装置,防流坠装置包括防护板、粘条,防护板呈等腰梯形,防护板的一个腰板粘结有粘条;步骤B、在已浇筑的超高柱体上支设模板;步骤C、清理模板下方的超高柱体;步骤D、安装防流坠装置,揭掉粘条的保护层露出粘性层,将防流坠装置粘接在超高柱体的柱面上,防流坠装置围设在超高柱体四周;步骤E、在超高柱体上装设用于支撑防坠流装置的支撑装置。本发明制作简单、制作成本低,安装和拆卸方式简便,防护板可周转多次使用,避免浇筑时出现混凝土从模板底部与超高柱体柱面之间的缝隙流坠的现象。
