Reinforcing method of masonry structure
The invention provides a reinforcement method of a masonry structure, and relates to the field of civil engineering wall reinforcement. Comprising the following steps that (1) the two side faces of a to-be-reinforced wall are cleaned, and the structural wall is exposed; (2) arranging cementing material injection holes in the joint positions of the transverse mortar joints and the vertical mortar joints and the corresponding mortar joints in the middle of the side edge of each building block, and cleaning dust in the injection holes; (3) spraying water to the surface of the mortar joint; (4) a cementing material is injected into the injection hole through an injector, the injection end of the injector is inserted into the injection hole, and the cementing material comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 28.9% of lithium-based penetrating fluid, 21% of superfine pulverized coal ash, 50% of 42.5 quick-hardening sulphoaluminate cement and 0.1% of a polycarboxylic acid high-efficiency water reducing agent; and (5) after the strength of the gelling material injected in the step (4) meets the requirement, the two sides of the wall are trowelled with the surface layer gelling material. According to the invention, the mortar binding power of the original masonry structure and the compressive strength and the shear strength of the masonry structure can be improved, and the beneficial effects of convenience in construction and good reinforcing effect are achieved.
本发明提供一种砌体结构的加固方法,涉及土木工程墙体加固领域。包括如下步骤:(1)清理待加固墙体两个侧面,漏出结构墙体;(2)在横向、竖向灰缝交接位置以及每个砌块侧边中部对应灰缝处布置胶凝材料注射孔,并清理所述注射孔内灰尘;(3)向所述灰缝表面喷水;(4)通过注射器向所述注射孔注射胶凝材料,将所述注射器的注射端插入所述注射孔,所述胶凝材料组分以及组分重量百分比为锂基渗透液28.9%,超微粉化粉煤灰21%,42.5快硬硫铝酸盐水泥50%,聚羧酸高效减水剂0.1%;(5)待步骤(4)注入的胶凝材料强度符合要求后,使用面层胶凝材料抹平墙体两侧。本发明可以提高原砌体结构砂浆粘结力以及砌体结构抗压、抗剪强度,具有施工便利,加固效果好的有益效果。
