Through reasonable design and selection of conventional composition materials of the concrete, the low-heat mass concrete with excellent performance is prepared, an intercalation modification reinforcing agent is further doped, the pore size of the material is reduced, and the waterproof performance of the material is improved; the prepared cross-sea bearing platform low-heat anti-erosion large-volume maritime work concrete suitable for the marine environment is low in early hydration heat, the heat release amount in 3 days is not larger than 230 J/g, and the 42.5 index requirement of low-heat cement is met; the 28d chloride ion diffusion resistance coefficient is not larger than 4.5 * 10 <-12 > m < 2 >/s, the 28d 3h water absorption rate is not larger than 0.8%, and erosion damage caused by seawater flood tide intersection dry-wet circulation can be greatly reduced; meanwhile, industrial solid waste is consumed, and the material is simple in preparation method and can be popularized and applied on a large scale.
本发明通过混凝土常规组成材料的合理设计选用,制备得到一种性能优良的低热大体积混凝土,进一步的掺加插层改性增强剂,降低材料孔隙尺寸,提高材料的防水性能,制备出一种适用于海洋环境中的跨海承台低热抗侵蚀大体积海工混凝土早期水化热低,3d放热量不大于230J/g,达到低热水泥42.5指标要求;28d抗氯离子扩散系数不大于4.5×10~12m2/s,28d3h吸水率不大于0.8%,可大幅度减少海水洪潮交汇干湿循环带来的侵蚀破坏;同时消纳了工业固废,且材料制备方法简单,可大规模推广应用。
