The lifting device is arranged on the track; the construction device is jacked to the tops of the platform bodies through the lifting device so as to pour a cover plate used for connecting the two platform bodies. Therefore, the construction method has the advantages of safety in construction, simplicity in operation, high universality and convenience and quickness in turnover.
