According to the method, premature stripping of the FRP and the concrete interface is restrained by applying prepressure, the pressure is transmitted to the new and old concrete interface through the bolt to further restrain separation of the interface, stripping of the new and old concrete interface is also restrained through the bolt pinning effect of the bolt, and therefore the reinforcing effect of the rusted beam is further improved.
