BEAM REINFORCING MEMBER, BEAM REINFORCING METHOD, AND BEAM REINFORCING STRUCTURE
To provide a beam reinforcing member, a beam reinforcing method, and a beam reinforcing structure that are applicable for a plurality of sizes of through holes and provide excellent workability in fixation to a beam.SOLUTION: A beam reinforcing member 1 is made by integrating a plurality of reinforcing fitting pieces 4 in a state of being provided together with one another, using a flexible member 6. By deforming the flexible member 6 into a cylindrical shape while keeping the reinforcing fitting pieces 4 on the outer peripheral side, the beam reinforcing member 1 is arranged in an approximate ring shape at the circumference or an edge part of a through hole 17 formed on a web 15 of the beam 11. The reinforcing fitting pieces 4 have a cross section in an approximate U shape and are arranged so as to hold the edge part of the web 15. By a welded part 19, the outer peripheral sides of the plurality of reinforcing fitting pieces 4 arranged in the approximate ring shape are welded to the web 15 and the reinforcing fitting pieces 4 are welded to each other in the circumferential direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】 複数のサイズの貫通孔に適用可能であり、梁に固定する際の作業性が良好な梁補強部材、梁補強方法及び梁補強構造を提供する。【解決手段】 梁補強部材1は、併設された状態の複数の補強金具片4を可撓性部材6で一体化したものである。梁補強部材1は、補強金具片4を外周側にして、可撓性部材6を筒状に変形させることで、梁11のウェブ15に設けられた貫通孔17の周囲または縁部に略リング状に配置される。補強金具片4は断面が略コの字状であり、ウェブ15の縁部を挟み込むように配置される。略リング状に配置された複数の補強金具片4は、溶接部19によって外周側がウェブ15に対して溶接され、補強金具片4同士が周方向に溶接される。【選択図】図4
