The second underground space and the first underground space are located on the two sides of the ground road respectively, the two ends of the underground communication channel are communicated with the first underground space and the second underground space respectively, a roadway and a sidewalk are arranged at the bottom of the underground communication channel, the sidewalk is higher than the roadway, and an equipment pipeline layer is arranged at the top of the underground communication channel.
