UNDERGROUND SPACE STRUCTURE AND METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING UNDERGROUND SPACE STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underground space structure in which an underground space can be formed by accurately positioning liner plates, which become the remaining outer mold frame, without requiring skill when constructing the underground space in a small-scale building.SOLUTION: An underground space structure includes: a plurality of lower end part pressing fittings 16 fixed to concrete sub-slab 24 and attached along an outer peripheral line of a planned attachment position of a remaining outer mold frame 11, on the bottom part of an excavated hole 23 formed by digging foundation ground 21 below a building 20; a plurality of base channel members 14, 15 installed continuously and annularly in a peripheral direction while allowing the lower end part pressing fittings 16 to support the outer peripheral surfaces thereof; a base plate part 18 formed inside the base channel members 14, 15 by placing concrete therein; a plurality of liner plates 12, 13 installed above the base channel members 14, 15 in an overlapping manner; a peripheral wall part 17 formed by placing the concrete inside the remaining outer mold frame 11, which is formed by the liner plates 12, 13 and the base channel members 14, 15.
【課題】小規模な建物に地下空間を設ける際に、熟練を要することなく、残存外型枠となるライナープレートを精度良く位置決めして形成することのできる地下空間構造体を提供する。【解決手段】建物20の下方の基礎地盤21を開削して形成した掘削穴23の底部に、捨コンクリート24に固定されて、残存外型枠11の設計取付け位置の外周ラインに沿って取り付けられた複数の下端部押え金物16と、この下端部押え材16に外周面を支持させて周方向に環状に連設して設置された複数のベースチャンネル部材14,15と、これらの内側にコンクリートを打設して形成された底盤部18と、ベースチャンネル部材14,15の上方に重ねて設置された複数のライナープレート12,13と、ライナープレート12,13及びベースチャンネル部材14,15を残存外型枠11として、これらの内側にコンクリートを打設することにより形成された周壁部17とからなる。【選択図】図1
