The abutment transition slab body is arranged on the top face of the soft soil roadbed and provided with a vertically-through through hole. The settlement monitoring assembly is partially contained in the through hole, the settlement monitoring assembly comprises a settlement monitoring plate capable of settling along with the soft soil roadbed and a monitoring point used for monitoring settlement of the soft soil roadbed, the settlement monitoring plate moves up and down relative to the abutment transition slab body, and the monitoring point is directly or indirectly connected to the settlement monitoring plate and can settle along with the settlement monitoring plate. According to the embodiment of the invention, the specific settlement condition of the soft soil roadbed below the abutment transition slab body can be obtained. In addition, the elevation value of the monitoring point and the elevation value of the reference point are monitored and compared, and therefore whether the abutment transition slab body is disengaged from the soft soil roadbed below or not is judged.
