According to the ardealite prefabricated part based on the new technology and the application of the ardealite prefabricated part, a layer of anti-seepage concrete is arranged on the surface of the ardealite, the anti-seepage concrete on the outer layer further comprises the water through hole, and active outflow of water in the prefabricated part can be achieved through the structure of the water through hole; the anti-seepage concrete layer passively protects phosphogypsum in the anti-seepage concrete layer, and also considers how to actively guide out water in the prefabricated part if the anti-seepage concrete layer loses efficacy and water permeates into the prefabricated part, so that active and passive waterproof measures are creatively adopted; the service life of the ardealite prefabricated part can be longer than that of a common ardealite prefabricated part provided with an anti-seepage concrete layer, the use strength of the ardealite prefabricated part is guaranteed, the active drainage base is assembled on the lower portion of the prefabricated part and can be repeatedly used, and the device is more economical and intelligent to use.
本发明的一种基于新技术的磷石膏预制构件及其应用,在磷石膏表面设置了一层抗渗混凝土,且外层的抗渗混凝土还包括一通水孔,通过该通水孔的结构,能够实现预制构件内水分的主动流出,不仅通过抗渗混凝土层被动的保护了里面的磷石膏,而且还考虑了如果抗渗混凝土层失效,预制构件内如果渗入水后,如何将预制构件内的水主动导出,其创造性的采用了主动和被动防水的措施,能够使得磷石膏预制构件比普通的设置有抗渗混凝土层的磷石膏预制构件使用寿命更长,也保证了磷石膏预制构件的使用强度,而且主动排水底座是装配于预制构件下部的,可以重复使用,使得装置使用更加经济、智能。
