Cement-based passive refrigeration composite material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a cement-based passive refrigeration composite material and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: grinding a powder raw material consisting of white cement, white silicon powder, limestone powder and rutile titanium dioxide powder for later use; a part of water and a water reducing agent are mixed and fully oscillated to obtain a uniform dispersion liquid; pouring the ground powder into a stirrer, stirring at a low speed to uniformly distribute the powder in the cavity of the stirrer, adding the other part of water, stirring at a low speed, adding the water reducing agent dispersion liquid, and stirring at a high speed to obtain mixed slurry; after casting molding, sealing and curing for a period of time, and curing for a period of time under a high-temperature autoclaved condition to obtain the cement-based passive refrigeration composite material. The prepared composite material has excellent sub-environment radiation refrigeration performance and water cooling effect, can provide passive low-cost efficient refrigeration for buildings, and has good application prospects in the fields of building energy conservation and refrigeration.
本发明公开了一种水泥基被动制冷复合材料及其制备方法,将由白水泥、白硅粉、石灰石粉及金红石二氧化钛粉末组成的粉体原料研磨备用;将一部分水与减水剂混合充分振荡得到均匀的分散液;将研磨后的粉体倒入搅拌机中,先低速搅拌使粉体在搅拌器腔体内均匀分布,而后加入另一部分的水低速搅拌,加入减水剂分散液后再高速搅拌,得到混合浆料;浇注成型后密封养护一段时间后,在高温蒸压条件养护一段时间,得到水泥基被动制冷复合材料。本发明所制备的复合材料具有优异的亚环境辐射制冷性能与水冷效果,能够为建筑提供被动式的低成本高效制冷,在建筑节能与制冷领域具有良好的应用前景。
