Composite modified cement-based material and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a composite modified cement-based material and a preparation method thereof. The composite modified cement-based material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 180 to 220 parts of sand, 70 to 90 parts of cement, 15 to 25 parts of fly ash, 0.13 to 0.17 part of nano titanium nitride, 0.7 to 0.9 part of polyamide fiber, 0.3 to 0.5 part of abaca fiber and 0.05 to 0.11 part of coupling agent. Through the synergistic effect of the raw material components, the breaking strength, the compressive strength, the splitting tensile strength, the drying shrinkage resistance and the frost resistance of the composite modified cement-based material can be compositely enhanced, the interior of the cement-based material is connected to form a net-shaped connection structure, the mechanical strength and durability of the cement-based material are enhanced, and the service life of the cement-based material is prolonged. The interlocking force between aggregates is improved, the toughness of the cement-based material is remarkably improved, meanwhile, the preparation process is simple, and good economic benefits are achieved.
