The invention discloses a method for adjusting the posture of a bearing plate of a main tower of a cable-stayed bridge. The method comprises the following steps that S1, a posture adjusting supporting device is erected; the posture adjusting and supporting device comprises bearing plate supporting assemblies symmetrically arranged front and back and posture adjusting assemblies located at the top ends of the bearing plate supporting assemblies. S2, a plurality of butt joint assemblies located at the bottom end of the bearing plate are installed; the whole butt joint assembly is of a triangular structure. S3, the posture of the pressure bearing plate is adjusted; the inclination angle of the pressure bearing plate is adjusted; s4, temporary consolidation measures are taken, and bearing plate positioning is completed; the temporary consolidation plates are symmetrically welded around the posture adjusting assembly to support the butt joint assembly, after the posture adjusting assembly is taken out, the supporting point of the bearing plate supporting assembly is prolonged, the bearing plate supporting assembly and the butt joint assembly are in direct contact for supporting, the bearing plate is loosened after the quality is qualified, and positioning of the bearing plate is completed. The operation is simple, convenient and fast, and the stability of the supporting structure is high.
