The invention discloses a cable-stayed bridge main tower bearing plate posture adjusting and supporting device which comprises bearing plate supporting assemblies symmetrically arranged front and back, posture adjusting assemblies located at the top ends of the bearing plate supporting assemblies and butt joint assemblies located at the bottom ends of bearing plates. The whole butt joint assembly is of a triangular structure, the inclination angle of the inclined face is consistent with that of the bottom face of the bearing plate, the inclined face is provided with a clamping groove matched with a reinforcing rib plate on the bottom face of the bearing plate, and the posture adjusting assemblies correspond to the horizontal planes of the butt joint assembly in a one-to-one mode and abut against the horizontal planes of the butt joint assembly.
