Cover beam construction system and method
The bent cap construction system comprises a formwork system, a construction platform system and a supporting system, the formwork system is arranged on a construction platform, the supporting system is arranged above a bridge pier, and an embedded part is arranged in the bridge pier and used for installing the supporting system; a lifting mechanism used for lifting the construction platform system is arranged on the supporting system, so that the construction platform system can move in the length direction of the pier, and the supporting system can be used for stably supporting the construction platform system after the construction platform system is lifted in place; according to the bent cap construction system in the scheme, the construction platform system can be assembled on the ground along the size of the bridge pier, then the construction platform system is lifted through the lifting mechanism of the supporting system, when the construction platform system is lifted to a preset position, the construction platform system and the supporting system are fixed, then the formwork system is assembled, and the construction platform system and the formwork system are assembled. By means of the scheme, the time for assembling the construction platform system at high altitude can be shortened.
