The invention relates to a movable cover beam support structure and a cover beam construction system. The movable cover beam support structure comprises a bailey beam, a height adjusting mechanism and walking wheels. The bailey beam is located at the bottom of the cover beam and used for supporting the cover beam. The height adjusting mechanism is arranged at the bottom of the bailey beam and used for adjusting the height of the bailey beam relative to the road surface; the walking wheels are arranged at the bottom of the height adjusting mechanism and can move along the road surface so that the walking wheels can drive the bailey beam to move through the height adjusting mechanism when moving.
