Reverse rotary jet grouting method
The invention discloses a reverse rotary jet grouting construction method which comprises the following steps: S1, rotary jet hole forming: a drilling machine rotatably jets cutting fluid and compressed air to drill downwards, a soil body and the cutting fluid in a reinforcing range are mixed into slurry, the slurry is fully stirred by utilizing an air lifting effect, and redundant slurry is discharged out of a hole; s2, a grouting pipe is inserted, specifically, the grouting pipe is inserted to the bottom of the hole, and a grouting pump and an air compressor are connected; the consolidation materials are fed according to the designed proportion and quantity and then injected into the bottom of the hole through a grouting pipe, the specific gravity of the consolidation materials is generally larger than that of the slurry, and therefore in the injection process, the slurry with the same volume on the upper portion is replaced out of the hole, and waste of the consolidation materials cannot be caused; and S4, compressed air is injected, specifically, after the consolidation material is completely injected, compressed air is switched, the consolidation material and the slurry in the hole are fully stirred through the airlift effect, and a cement soil reinforcement body is formed through natural curing and hardening for a certain time.
本发明公开了逆向旋喷注浆工法,包括如下步骤:S1、旋喷成孔:钻机旋转喷射切削液和压缩空气向下钻进,将加固范围内的土体与切削液混合成为泥浆,利用气升作用充分搅拌并将多余泥浆排出孔外;S2、插入注浆管:插入注浆管至孔底,连接注浆泵和空气压缩机;S3、注入固结料:固结料按设计配比、数量下料后通过注浆管注入孔底,一般固结料的比重大于泥浆比重,因此,注入过程中上部相同体积的泥浆被置换出孔外,不会造成固结料的浪费;S4、注入压缩空气:固结料全部注入后,切换至压缩空气,利用气升作用对孔内固结料和泥浆进行充分搅拌,经过一定时间的自然养护、硬化形成水泥土加固体。
