The invention relates to E04F13/14, in particular to a stone protecting and reinforcing process and a stone reinforced by the stone protecting and reinforcing process. Comprising the following steps that (1) stone is placed on a machining table, an infrared cutting instrument is used for cutting the stone into stone plates, and the stone plates are obtained through pretreatment; 2) cutting back grooves in the back of the stone plate by using a cutting instrument; and (3) pouring sealant is filled into the back groove, and then the reinforcing steel bar is buried into the back groove filled with the pouring sealant and cured. According to the method, a pre-embedding mode is adopted, the surface of the prepared reinforced stone is smooth, meanwhile, by controlling the grooving size and the grooving position, fixing of the marble slab is further facilitated, and the situation that the marble slab is broken in the transportation and installation process is effectively avoided; meanwhile, corrosion of the steel bars and migration of marble glue and rusty spots are avoided, and the phenomenon that the steel bars are prone to falling off due to external force is prevented.
