The invention discloses a building structure gap grouting device and a grouting method thereof. The building structure gap grouting device comprises a feeding mechanism and a side leakage preventing mechanism. The feeding mechanism comprises a hollow shell, the top of the hollow shell communicates with a storage hopper, a motor is fixedly installed on the outer side of the hollow shell, and an output shaft of the motor extends into the hollow shell and is fixedly connected with a spiral conveying rod. According to the building structure gap grouting device and the grouting method thereof, the side leakage prevention mechanism is arranged on the storage hopper, so that when a grouting machine fills a ground gap, a cover plate can be closed on the storage hopper by pulling a clamping block, and a plate body can drive the clamping block to be inserted into an empty groove under the action of a spring so as to position the cover plate; therefore, the cover plate can ensure the sealing performance of the storage hopper during inclination; by means of the arrangement, when the grouter fills ground gaps, the situation that cement mortar in the storage hopper leaks and spills is avoided, and then the grouter can process the ground gaps more conveniently.
