The invention discloses a fire-resistant flame-retardant structure for a suspension bridge cable clamp, which comprises a main cable and a cable clamp fixed on the main cable, and gaps between two ends of the cable clamp and the main cable are filled with fireproof sealant; the fireproof sealing ring sleeves the main cable and is attached to a gap between the cable clamp end and the main cable; the rotating seat is connected to the locking screw rod close to the end head of the cable clamp; one end of the elastic pull rod is hinged to the rotating part of the rotating seat and faces the outer side of the end of the cable clamp; the annular fireproof cover is arranged on the outer side of the cable chuck end in a sleeving mode and connected with the end, away from the rotating base, of the elastic pull rod, and the annular fireproof cover is pressed on the fireproof sealing ring through elastic pulling force of the elastic pull rod. According to the fireproof structure, the annular fireproof cover can perform adaptive deformation movement along with movement of the cable clamp, fireproof sealing of a gap between the cable clamp and the main cable is always kept, and gap fireproof failure caused by long-time displacement of the cable clamp can be overcome.
