The invention belongs to the technical field of grouting sleeves, and particularly relates to a grouting sleeve for a concrete bridge pier and a construction method.The grouting sleeve for the concrete bridge pier comprises a sleeve body, a grout outlet hole, a fixing device, a grouting hole, a plugging device, a sealing device, a limiting piece, a steel bar baffle, a connecting base and a limiting rod; through the arranged fixing device, after a reinforcing steel bar is inserted into the filling bin from a circular truncated cone hole in the bottom of a mounting groove, a screwing nut is screwed to drive a threaded rod to be screwed into a threaded seat, and the top end of the threaded rod can extrude an extrusion plate along with screwing of the threaded rod, so that the extrusion plate gets close to the reinforcing steel bar; the inserted reinforcing steel bars are extruded and fixed under the action of the anti-skid grooves along with approaching of the extrusion plates, the reinforcing steel bars can be extruded and fixed in the sleeve body under the action of the two fixing devices on the two sides, the phenomenon that the reinforcing steel bars shake due to external force is avoided, and therefore the sealing performance of the grouting sleeve is improved.
本发明属于灌浆套筒技术领域,尤其为一种混凝土桥墩用灌浆套筒及施工方法,包括筒体、出浆孔、固定装置、注浆孔、封堵装置、密封装置、限位片、钢筋挡板、连接座、限位杆,所述筒体的上端和下端的内部均开设有安装槽,本发明通过设有的固定装置,将钢筋从安装槽底部的圆台孔插入灌料仓内部后,通过旋拧旋拧螺母,使旋拧螺母带动螺纹杆旋入螺纹座内,随着螺纹杆的旋入螺纹杆的顶端会对挤压板进行挤压,使挤压板向钢筋靠拢,随着挤压板的靠拢在防滑槽的作用下对插入的钢筋进行挤压固定,在两侧两个固定装置的作用下,能够将钢筋挤压固定在筒体内,避免钢筋因为外力发生晃动的现象,从而提高灌浆套筒的密封性能。
