The deep foundation pit combined grouting plugging device is characterized in that the deep foundation pit combined grouting plugging device comprises two sets of steel pipes which are parallel to each other and arranged in a spaced mode, and the two sets of steel pipes are connected through a plurality of sets of connecting assemblies; the steel pipes comprise the first steel pipe and the second steel pipe, grouting valves are arranged at the bottom of the first steel pipe, three sets of grouting valves are arranged on the second steel pipe, and the three sets of grouting valves on the second steel pipe are arranged at intervals from bottom to top. The vertical distance between the grouting valve of the first steel pipe and the grouting valve at the bottommost part of the second steel pipe is greater than or equal to 1 meter; the vertical distance between every two adjacent grouting valves on the second steel pipe is larger than or equal to 1.5 m. A plurality of groups of grouting holes are formed in the outer surface of the grouting valve, and each group of grouting holes is coated with a group of elastic sealing rubber rings; and the exterior of each group of grouting holes of the group of grouting valves at the uppermost part of the second steel pipe is coated with two groups of elastic sealing rubber rings. The plugging efficiency and quality are improved.
本发明公开了一种深基坑联合注浆封堵装置及工艺,其特征在于:包括两组相互平行且间隔设置的钢管,两组所述钢管分别经多组连接组件相连;所述钢管包括第一钢管及第二钢管,所述第一钢管的底部设有注浆阀,所述第二钢管上设有三组注浆阀,所述第二钢管上的三组所述注浆阀由下至上间隔设置,所述第一钢管的注浆阀与所述第二钢管最底部所述的注浆阀之间的竖向间距大于或等于1米;所述第二钢管上的相邻所述注浆阀之间的竖向间距大于或等于1.5米;所述注浆阀的外表面上设有多组注浆孔,每组注浆孔外部包覆有一组弹性密封橡胶圈;且所述第二钢管最上方一组所述注浆阀的每组注浆孔的外部包覆有两组弹性密封橡胶圈。本发明提高了封堵效率及质量。
