The invention discloses a deep grouting plugging device for an existing building pile foundation in a water karst site, which comprises a water pressure bag plug, a plurality of grouting monomers are arranged on the side surface of the water pressure bag plug, and a smooth grouting unit is arranged below the water pressure bag plug. The smooth grouting unit comprises a scraper assembly and a grout supplementing and grouting and trowelling assembly which are sequentially arranged from bottom to top. Each grouting single body comprises a convex-lens-shaped capsule, cement grout is contained in the capsule, and a grouting needle tube extending in the horizontal direction is arranged in the center of the capsule.
