The invention discloses a double-steel-plate-concrete combined cylinder and foundation connecting structure which comprises a concrete foundation and a double-steel-plate-concrete combined cylinder, and the double-steel-plate-concrete combined cylinder comprises a first combined cylinder embedded in the concrete foundation, a second combined cylinder exposed out of the concrete foundation and a combined shear key arranged on the first combined cylinder. The combined shear key has the advantages of a T-shaped perforated steel plate connecting piece and a stud connecting piece, and has good ductility and anti-fatigue performance; and meanwhile, the combined shear keys are arranged on the double-steel-plate-concrete combined cylinder in a non-full-length mode, welding deformation is reduced, and the pressure bearing effect of concrete at the end of the perforated steel plate connecting piece is improved. According to the combined shear key, the construction efficiency is remarkably improved, the mechanical property of the combined shear key is excellent, and the integral connection between the tower drum and the foundation concrete is enhanced.
本发明公开了一种双钢板‑混凝土组合筒与基础连接结构,包括:混凝土基础和双钢板‑混凝土组合筒,双钢板‑混凝土组合筒包括埋入混凝土基础的第一组合筒、露出混凝土基础的第二组合筒,及设置在第一组合筒上的组合剪力键。本发明组合剪力键兼具T型开孔钢板连接件和栓钉连接件的优势,具有良好的延性和抗疲劳性能;同时组合剪力键在双钢板‑混凝土组合筒上采用非通长的布置方式,减少了焊接变形,增大了开孔钢板连接件端部混凝土的承压作用。本发明显著提高施工效率,所述组合剪力键的力学性能优越,加强了塔筒与基础混凝土之间的整体性连接。
