The invention discloses a connecting structure for a combined cylinder structure fan foundation and a construction method. The connecting structure comprises a cylinder based on a pile foundation structure and a bearing platform, chamfering structures are arranged on the inner side and the outer side of the cylinder wall of the cylinder at the joint of the cylinder and the bearing platform, the chamfering structures and the bearing platform are integrally poured and formed, and reinforcing meshes are arranged in the chamfering structures; and after construction of the cylinder formed by a pile foundation is completed and a fan foundation is excavated to the elevation of the bottom of the bearing platform, chamfering excavation is conducted in the direction of a cylindrical structure, steel bars are arranged, and finally the chamfering structures and bearing platform structural concrete are integrally poured.
