Shearing experiment device for pile-soil contact surface of drainage pile
The invention discloses a drainage pile soil contact surface shearing experiment device which comprises a model column, a supporting system, a pressure control system, a water pumping and draining system and a measuring system, the model column comprises a baffle and a bottom plate, the supporting system comprises four supporting columns arranged on the lower side of the bottom plate, and the pressure control system comprises a plurality of pressure control units. Each pressure control unit comprises a lever, a hook weight, an inhaul cable, a fixed pulley, a connecting cylinder, a cover plate, a fixing frame and a jack, the pumping and drainage system comprises a plurality of drainage holes, permeable cloth, an exhaust pipe and a vacuum pump, and the measuring system comprises a plurality of dial indicators, a plurality of soil pressure gauges, a plurality of pressure sensors and a plurality of pore pressure gauges. The experimental device can simulate the conditions of pile-soil contact surfaces under different depths, different consolidation degrees and different vacuum degrees, can measure the soil pressure, relative displacement and side friction resistance of the contact surfaces of static drill rooted drainage piles or precast piles and cement soil or clay or sandy soil, and provides important support for research on the bearing characteristics of pile foundations in coastal areas.
