The invention discloses a flood and drought disaster prevention emergency device, and belongs to the technical field of emergency rescue devices.The flood and drought disaster prevention emergency device comprises a water assembly and a drought assembly, the drought assembly is installed on the upper portion of the water assembly, and the water assembly comprises a main board, a driving assembly and an air pump; according to the drainage device, the second valve is closed, the first valve and the water pump are started in sequence, under the action of the water pump, an external water pipe connected with the L-shaped connecting pipe collects collected water into the water tank through the L-shaped connecting pipe, the water inlet pipe and the drainage pipe in sequence, and then drainage operation of a waterlogging area is completed; and the strip-shaped sliding blocks slide in the sliding grooves, rapid disassembly and assembly of the water assemblies and the drought assemblies are achieved, and therefore corresponding disassembly and adjustment can be conducted according to actual use requirements while later maintenance and replacement of all the assemblies are facilitated, and the overall applicability of the device is greatly improved.
