The invention discloses an underground space disaster prevention emergency device which comprises a carrier loader, a suspension bracket is mounted on the upper side of the carrier loader, a plurality of sandbag strips are mounted on the suspension bracket, and a throwing device is arranged on one side of the carrier loader and used for throwing the sandbag strips. A first push rod and a second push rod are inserted into the side edge of a round rod in a staggered mode and stretch into a corresponding arc belt, the whole sandbag strip is lifted up, after the sandbag strip is separated from the round rod, the first push rod and the second push rod retract and then rotate to be horizontal, an oil cylinder is pushed to incline a supporting plate, and the first push rod and the second push rod incline; and then, the sandbag strips are repeatedly and quickly piled up one by one, so that the sandbag strips are conveniently and quickly put to form a flood control barrier, and the flood control working efficiency is improved.
