The duckweed cleaning structure comprises a duckweed collecting tank, a conveying channel, a jet flow driving assembly, a duckweed separation outlet, a main shifting fork wheel assembly, an auxiliary shifting fork wheel assembly, a guide hopper, a micro-pulverizer, a spiral draining and conveying mechanism, a first driver transmission, a storage bucket, a bucket-shaped protective cover, a battery, a controller, a solar cell panel and a wireless signal interaction device. The spraying directions of the two jet flow driving assemblies are parallel, opposite and not right opposite, the opening direction of the duckweed collecting groove faces the tangential direction of the shell, the power of the two jet flow driving assemblies can be controlled, and a guide rudder is arranged on the shell corresponding to one jet flow driving assembly. The device is high in applicability, duckweed can be continuously and automatically cleaned, and the problems that in the prior art, duckweed cleaning equipment needs to be continuously controlled manually during working, and duckweed cannot be automatically cleaned for a long time are solved.
