Efficient seawater slurry bentonite and additive thereof
The efficient seawater slurry bentonite is characterized in that a proper amount of sodium carbonate is added into calcium bentonite raw ore to produce sodium bentonite, then a proper amount of the additive is added into the sodium bentonite, and the sodium bentonite and the additive are uniformly mixed to produce a finished bentonite product for efficient seawater slurry making; the additive is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: xanthan gum, a salt-resistant synthetic polymer and high-viscosity sodium carboxymethyl cellulose; the salt-resistant synthetic polymer can be high-viscosity polyacrylamide, a sulfonic acid group synthetic polymer tackifying filtrate reducer, a zwitterionic polymer tackifying filtrate reducer, a synthetic polymer tackifying filtrate reducer and the like, and xanthan gum and the salt-resistant synthetic polymer are compatible to form a synergistic additive, so that a very good synergistic tackifying filtrate reducer effect can be achieved; the seawater slurry bentonite and the additive thereof are suitable for offshore drilling or capital construction engineering, seawater is directly taken for slurry making, and great convenience is provided for construction.
