The invention discloses a slow-release plastic stabilizer for wet-mixed mortar. The slow-release plastic stabilizer for the wet-mixed mortar is obtained by mixing polycarboxylate superplasticizer powder, an air entraining component, a foam stabilizing component, a water retention component and a modified slow-setting slow-release component, the modified slow-setting and slow-release component is obtained by uniformly mixing glycerol and sodium pyrophosphate to form a slow-setting component, adding the slow-setting component into a sodium silicate solution, heating, quenching, carrying out air-drying molding under an air-heating condition, and rapidly carrying out air-cooling shaping. By slowly dissolving the sodium silicate hollow microspheres, the delayed coagulation component filled in the hollow is gradually released, so that the plasticity maintaining time of the wet-mixed mortar can be well controlled, the plasticity maintaining effect of the wet-mixed mortar is greatly prolonged, the effects of water retention, thickening and viscosity reduction can be achieved, the water retention property and workability of the mortar are improved, the constructability of the mixed mortar is improved, the construction is convenient, and the production cost is reduced. Meanwhile, by dissolving the sodium silicate microspheres, the cohesiveness of mortar aggregate and slurry can be improved, and the mechanical property of the mortar is improved.
本发明公开了一种湿拌砂浆用缓释稳塑剂。本发明所述湿拌砂浆用缓释稳塑剂由聚羧酸减水剂粉体、引气组分、稳泡组分、保水组分及改性缓凝缓释组分混合得到的;所述改性缓凝缓释组分由丙三醇与焦磷酸钠混合均匀形成缓凝组分,加入到硅酸钠溶液中后加热再淬冷,最后在风热条件下风干成型后,迅速进行风冷定型获得。本发明通过硅酸钠中空微球的缓慢溶解,逐步释放出中空内填充的缓凝组分,能够很好控制湿拌砂浆的保塑时间,极大程度的延长其保塑效果,能够起到保水、增稠、降粘的效果,提高砂浆的保水性、和易性,且提高了拌砂浆的施工性,方便施工,提高施工效率,同时溶解硅酸钠微球可以提高砂浆骨料和浆体的粘结性,提高砂浆的力学性能。
