The invention discloses a wet-mixed mortar plastic stabilizer and a preparation method thereof. The plastic stabilizer comprises the following components by weight: 2-4 parts of a water-retaining agent, 0.2-0.5 part of a thickening agent, 0.1-0.3 part of an air entraining agent, 0.2-0.4 part of a foam stabilizer, 2-3 parts of a set retarder, 0.1-0.3 part of a water reducing agent, 0.02-0.1 part ofa lubricant, and the balance water. According to the invention, the problems that when a conventional wet-mixed mortar plastic stabilizer is used for preparing mortar, the plastic retaining time of wet-mixed mortar is short and the workability is poor, so that the construction efficiency is reduced and the like are expected to be solved.
