The method comprises the following steps that S1, the resetting position of a bridge body is determined; and S2, the beam body is jacked through a jacking system. And S3, a leveling steel plate, a stainless steel plate and a polytetrafluoroethylene sliding plate are additionally arranged at the bottom of the beam body, and then the beam body falls down. And S4, a bridge deck reaction frame is manufactured, and a jack system is installed. And S5, the beam body is synchronously pushed, and a temporary support is arranged. And S6, the beam body is continuously pushed through the jack system, and the stainless steel plate, the polytetrafluoroethylene sliding plate and the old support are dismantled one by one. And S7, a new support is installed, and the temporary support is dismantled. And S8, after the jack system is used for falling the beam, a beam body limiter is installed, and the bridge deck reaction frame and the jack system are dismantled. The jacking force is determined through checking calculation before construction, and the jacking force and the jacking speed are controlled through the jack, so that the internal stress and elastic deformation of the beam body are fully released, the construction precision is improved, and the safety of the beam body is ensured.
