Pile driver for traffic engineering
The pile driver for traffic engineering comprises a supporting base, a supporting frame, a positioning assembly, an impacting assembly and a clamping assembly, the supporting frame is installed on the upper portion of the supporting base, a pile column is positioned through the positioning assembly, the impacting assembly is installed on the supporting frame, and the clamping assembly comprises multiple sets of clamping blocks; and one side of each clamping block is provided with an arc-shaped groove matched with the surface of a pile, and the other side of each clamping block is slidably connected into a guide chute formed in the limiting seat. When pile driving operation is carried out, the impact assemblies make contact with the upper ends of the clamping blocks to apply pressure to the clamping blocks, and the multiple sets of clamping blocks are stressed to slide along the guide chutes to clamp the pile; and the impact assembly drives the clamping block to move downwards to press the pile into the mounting surface, so that the problems that the gravity center of the pile driver is slightly high in the pile driving process and safe operation is not facilitated due to the fact that the pressure applying part of the pile driver is located at a high position when the pile driver is used for repeatedly knocking and applying pressure to the upper end of the pile at present are solved.
本发明具体是一种交通工程用打桩机,包括支撑底座、支撑架、定位组件、撞击组件以及夹持组件,其中支撑架安装在支撑底座上部,通过定位组件对桩柱进行定位,撞击组件安装在支撑架上,夹持组件包括多组夹紧块,夹紧块一侧设置有适配桩柱表面的弧形凹槽,另一侧滑动连接在限位座内设置导向斜槽内,本发明在进行桩柱打桩作业时,通过撞击组件与夹紧块的上端接触,对夹紧块进行施压,多组夹紧块受力沿导向斜槽滑动将桩柱夹紧,由撞击组件带动夹紧块下移动,将桩柱压入安装面内,解决目前打桩机常对桩柱的上端进行反复敲击施压,由于打桩机的施压部处于高位,使得打桩过程中打桩机的重心偏高,不利于进行安全作业的问题。
