The invention discloses a reinforcing device and method for an irregular rock stratum side wall, the reinforcing device comprises a formwork assembly, a supporting assembly and an opposite-pulling assembly, the supporting assembly and the opposite-pulling assembly are arranged on the two sides of the formwork assembly, and according to the reinforcing device and the reinforcing method, the material performance is combined, and the segmented pouring frequency and the reinforcing system arrangement mode are reasonably selected; the back face of the formwork assembly is drilled in rock through a percussion drill to anchor steel bars, and the other end is welded to the opposite-pull screw in a double-face mode to achieve formwork positioning and placing. Then, inclined steel pipes are arranged on the front face at corresponding intervals to serve as auxiliary supports, the ends of the steel pipes are fixed to reserved steel bars on the bottom face of the foundation, and finally opposite-pull supporting double-insurance reinforcement is formed. In the construction process of the reinforcing device, the tower crane occupancy frequency is low, and construction of other synchronous working procedures is not affected; compared with a traditional brick blank film construction mode, the construction method is not limited by the daily masonry height and the mortar strength increasing intermittent period, and the construction period is shortened.
