The invention discloses a stratum reinforcing method and a stratum reinforcing structure. The stratum reinforcing method comprises the steps that a guide groove is excavated; measuring and drawing a plurality of reinforcing positions in the guide groove; according to the arrangement sequence of the multiple reinforcement positions, one reinforcement position is selected as the current reinforcement position; a first pile hole and a second pile hole are excavated in the current reinforcing position, and cement is poured to form a first reinforcing pile and a second reinforcing pile correspondingly; a third pile hole is excavated in the current reinforcing position, and cement is poured to form a third reinforcing pile; and the step that the first pile hole and the second pile hole are excavated downwards at the current reinforcing position, and the cement is poured into the first pile hole and the second pile hole to form the first reinforcing pile and the second reinforcing pile correspondingly is executed till the reinforcing positions form the reinforcing assemblies, and the multiple reinforcing assemblies form the reinforcing structure. According to the method, disturbance to the stratum of the to-be-reinforced area is reduced, and the reinforcing effect of the stratum of the to-be-reinforced area is improved.
