Self-resetting damper based on SMA (Shape Memory Alloy)
The invention discloses a self-resetting damper based on SMA. The self-resetting damper comprises a sleeve assembly, a fixing piece, an energy consumption wire and a prestress clamp. The sleeve assembly comprises an inner barrel and an outer barrel, the outer barrel is arranged on the outer side of the inner barrel in a sliding and sleeving mode, and a guide groove is formed in the inner barrel. The end of the fixing piece is fixed to the outer barrel, and the fixing piece penetrates through the guide groove and can slide along the guide groove. The energy consumption wires comprise the first energy consumption wire and the second energy consumption wire. The first end of the first energy consumption wire is fixed to the first end of the inner barrel, and the second end of the first energy consumption wire is fixed to the fixing piece. The first end of the second energy consumption wire is fixed to the second end of the inner barrel, and the second end of the second energy consumption wire is fixed to the fixing piece. At least one end of the first energy consumption wire and/or the second energy consumption wire is fixed through a prestress clamp. Compared with the prior art, the energy dissipation wire is pre-stretched, the average damping force in the deformation process of the energy dissipation wire can be improved, and therefore the dissipation capacity of vibration energy is improved.
