Self-resetting wall type damper based on SMA (Shape Memory Alloy)
The invention discloses a self-resetting wall type damper based on SMA (Shape Memory Alloy). Compared with a damper which consumes energy only through friction or SMA, the damper has higher energy consumption capacity, and meanwhile, the damper has self-resetting performance and can effectively reduce residual deformation of a structure. The T-shaped inner plate and the L-shaped outer plates on the two sides are connected and fixed through the SMA bolts, the slope surfaces capable of being attached are machined on the T-shaped inner plate and the L-shaped outer plates, when the T-shaped inner plate and the L-shaped outer plates relatively move in the horizontal direction, the L-shaped outer plates on the two sides move outwards, and the SMA bolts are stretched to be lengthened. The axial force of the SMA bolt causes normal contact force between the slopes, and then friction force is generated. The energy dissipation capacity of the damper is composed of two parts, namely friction energy dissipation between slopes and hysteretic energy dissipation of SMA bolts. And the superelasticity of the SMA bolt realizes the self-resetting performance of the damper.
本发明公开了一种基于SMA的自复位墙式阻尼器,该阻尼器与仅通过摩擦耗能或SMA耗能的阻尼器相比耗能能力更强,同时该阻尼器具有自复位性能,可有效减小结构残余变形。本发明的T形内板和两侧L形外板通过SMA螺栓连接固定,T形内板和L外板上均加工有可贴合的坡面,当T形内板与L形外板发生水平方向相对移动时,两侧L形外板向外移动,SMA螺栓受拉伸长。SMA螺栓的轴力引起坡面之间的法向接触力,进而产生摩擦力。该阻尼器的耗能能力由两部分组成,即坡面之间的摩擦耗能和SMA螺栓的滞回耗能。SMA螺栓的超弹性实现阻尼器的自复位性能。
