The invention relates to a segmented manufacturing method for an underground engineering precast beam steel reinforcement framework. A tire mold frame comprises two plane vertical frame bodies used for being arranged on the two opposite sides of the steel reinforcement framework in a clamped mode respectively, and a plurality of sets of transverse rod assemblies arranged in the length direction of the two plane vertical frame bodies at intervals. The transverse rod assembly comprises an upper positioning unit and a lower positioning unit which are detachably connected between the two plane vertical frame bodies, the plane vertical frame bodies comprise a plurality of stand columns arranged at intervals in the axial direction of main reinforcements of the steel reinforcement framework, and the stand columns are connected through a plurality of longitudinal rods. The upper positioning unit and the lower positioning unit each comprise a positioning rod arranged between the two corresponding stand columns in a sliding mode and a supporting beam detachably fixed between the two corresponding stand columns. The upper portion of each positioning rod is provided with a plurality of clamping grooves at intervals in the axial direction, wherein the clamping grooves are used for placing main reinforcements of the reinforcement cage in a one-to-one correspondence mode. The technical problem that in the prior art, steel bar binding quality is poor due to the fact that a steel bar framework of a concrete support in a deep foundation pit is bound on site in a foundation pit excavation area is solved.
