Precast beam reinforcement cage and rapid forming method thereof
The invention relates to the field of bridge construction, and provides a precast beam reinforcement cage and a rapid forming method thereof. The method comprises the steps that a beam reinforcement framework to be constructed is decomposed into four reinforcement components including a bottom plate reinforcement component, a top plate reinforcement component and two web reinforcement components, the reinforcement components are unfolded and flattened, stirrups are reversely bent and flattened into transverse ribs, and an unfolded drawing is obtained; arranging and fixing the longitudinal bars and the transverse bars into a mesh structure based on the expanded drawing; the transverse bars of the mesh structure are bent, so that the transverse bars are bent into stirrups, and forming of the steel bar component is completed; and the bottom plate steel bar component is hoisted to the jig frame, then the two web steel bar components are hoisted and fixed to the two sides of the bottom plate steel bar component, then the top plate steel bar component is hoisted and fixed to the tops of the two web steel bar components, and forming of the beam steel bar framework is completed. Rapid assembling and forming of the beam steel reinforcement framework are achieved. And the work efficiency is improved.
