The invention provides a reinforcing method for grid chord member bolt defects. Comprising the following steps that a first hoop (8) is fixed to one end, where a defective bolt (11) is located, of a net rack chord member (12), and meanwhile a second hoop (9) is fixed to the other end, where the defective bolt (11) and the net rack chord member (12) are in the same line, of the net rack chord member (12). According to the method, the first hoop (8) and the second hoop (9) are reinforced at the two ends of the grid chord member (12) where the defective bolt (11) is located respectively, and the method is simple, high in stability coefficient and easy to disassemble. The first hoop (8) and the second hoop (9) adopted in the method are each composed of two half hoops, the two half hoops are connected through the high-strength bolts (6) to form a complete fixing part, namely the first hoop (8) and the second hoop (9), assembly and disassembly are convenient, the assembly and disassembly time is saved, and then the working efficiency is improved.
