METHOD OF REINFORCING HANGER BOLT AND REINFORCING STRUCTURE OF HANGER BOLT
To provide a method of reinforcing a hanger bolt and a reinforcing structure of the hanger bolt which can easily improve the earthquake resistance of two existing hanger bolts spliced in the axial direction by spot welding.SOLUTION: A hanger bolt 1 for supporting a ceiling panel 9 is an existing hanger bolt which is composed of two pieces, a first shaft member 2 and a second shaft member 3, and in which the first shaft member 2 and the second shaft member 3 partially overlap in the axial direction and are joined by spot welding 5. Connecting members 10, 10 are attached to an overlapped portion 4 of the first shaft member 2 and the second shaft member 3 and on both side portions of the spot welding 5 portion in the axial direction of the hanger bolt 1, respectively, so that the first shaft member 2 and the second shaft member 3 are connected, and twisting of the first shaft member 2 and the second shaft member 3 from each other is suppressed around the point welding 5 portion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】2本が点溶接により軸方向に継ぎ足された既設の吊りボルトの耐震性を、容易に高めることができる吊りボルトの補強方法及び吊りボルトの補強構造を提供する。【解決手段】 天井パネル9を支持する吊りボルト1は、第1軸部材2と第2軸部材3の2本で構成され、この第1軸部材2と第2軸部材3は、軸方向において一部が重なるとともに、点溶接5により接合された既設の吊りボルトであって、第1軸部材2と第2軸部材3の重なり部4で、かつ、吊りボルト1の軸方向における点溶接5部の両側部に、夫々、連結部材10,10を取付けて、第1軸部材2と第2軸部材3を連結させ、点溶接5部を中心として、第1軸部材2と第2軸部材3が、相互にねじれることを抑制するようにした。【選択図】図1
