The invention relates to a guardrail cleaning mechanism control system and a guardrail cleaning vehicle, the control system comprises an extension branch, the extension branch comprises a first self-locking circuit, and the input end of the first self-locking circuit is connected to a power supply; a normally closed point of the first trigger unit is connected to a swing arm extending reversing valve of the guardrail cleaning mechanism; a normally closed point of the first time relay is connected to an outer rolling brush extending reversing valve of the guardrail cleaning mechanism; the second trigger unit is used for disconnecting a normally closed point of the second trigger unit when an outer rolling brush of the guardrail cleaning mechanism is sensed; and the output end of the first relay is connected to an outer rolling brush rotary lifting valve of the guardrail cleaning mechanism. The stretching action of the guardrail cleaning mechanism does not need to be operated manually, and the problems that manual operation is frequent, efficiency is low and errors are prone to occurring are solved.
